THE Best Way to Organize Your Digital Pics!

Spending just 5 minutes each month to add your favorite photos to a "Best of 2024" album will make it incredibly easy to find and share your pictures in a pinch. 

So whether you've been doing this all year or are just getting started, follow the steps below and start creating a habit that will save time and stress down the road. This is especially beneficial if you've ever felt frustrated by the endless scrolling through your photo stream in search of that "one" picture without success! 

 

If you already have a "Best of 2024" album, follow the directions below to add your favorites from JULY:   

iPhone/ Apple Users:

  1. Open the Apple Photos app from your phone 
  2. Click "LIBRARY" at the bottom of your screen
  3. Scroll up until you get to July 1st
  4. Click "Select" in the top right corner
  5. Select a FEW of your favorite photos from July
  6. Click the upload button (square with an arrow pointing up) in the bottom left corner of your screen
  7. Scroll down and click "Add to Album"
  8. Find and select your "Best of 2024" album

 

Android/ Google Photos Users  

  1. Open the Google Photos app from your phone 
  2. Click "LIBRARY" at the bottom of your screen
  3. Find and open your "Best of 2024" album 
  4. Click "Add Photos" under the title 
  5. Scroll up to July 1st
  6. Select a FEW of your favorite pics from July
  7. Click "Add" in the top right corner of your screen 

 

If you haven't made a "Best of" album yet, follow the directions below and then go back and add your July faves! 

iPhone/Apple Users 

  1. Open the Apple Photos App from your phone 
  2. Click "ALBUMS" at the bottom of your screen
  3. Click the "+" sign in the top left corner
  4. Select "New Album"
  5. Give your album a title such as "Best of 2024" and click "SAVE"

 

Android/Google Photos Users  

  1. Open the Google Photos App from your phone 
  2. Click "LIBRARY" at the bottom of your screen
  3. Click the "+" sign in the top left corner to create a new album
  4. Give your album a title such as "Best of 2024" and click "DONE" in the bottom right corner
