Take the Stress Out of Navigating the Mess of Pictures on Your Phone
Jun 04, 2024Have you ever found yourself scrolling through your phone to find that one picture, only to give up in defeat because your photo stream is a mess?
There is a better way!
Simply, create a "Best of" album and then take FIVE minutes each month to add your favorite photos from the last thirty days.
Instead of scrolling through ALL of your pictures, many of which are junk, your favorites will be easy to find, open and share in just a few clicks!
If you haven't made a "Best of" album yet, follow the directions below:
iPhone/Apple Users
- Open the Apple Photos App from your phone
- Click "ALBUMS" at the bottom of your screen
- Click the "+" sign in the top left corner
- Select "New Album"
- Give your album a title such as "Best of 2024" and click "SAVE"
Android/Google Photos Users
- Open the Google Photos App from your phone
- Click "LIBRARY" at the bottom of your screen
- Click the "+" sign in the top left corner to create a new album
- Give your album a title such as "Best of 2024" and click "DONE" in the bottom right corner
If you already have a "Best of 2024" album, follow the directions below to add your favorites from May:
iPhone/Apple Users:
- Open the Apple Photos app from your phone
- Click "LIBRARY" at the bottom of your screen
- Scroll up until you get to May 1st
- Click "Select" in the top right corner
- Select a FEW of your favorite photos from May
- Click the upload button (square with an arrow pointing up) in the bottom left corner of your screen
- Scroll down and click "Add to Album"
- Find and select your "Best of 2024" album
Android/Google Photos Users
- Open the Google Photos app from your phone
- Click "LIBRARY" at the bottom of your screen
- Find and open your "Best of 2024" album
- Click "Add Photos" under the title
- Scroll up to May 1st
- Select a FEW of your favorite pics from May
- Click "Add" in the top right corner of your screen
